1. The coaching app was easy to use. Constantly updated with the workouts. Easy to navigate.
2. Was to maintain a good foundation of fitness whilst adapting to weight carrying at fast pace.

Joel was that coach that adapted the workout around my abilities and changed the workout: if I had already hit that within the work day ( if I did legs in work then change it up for the night session). Also if missed a workout Was always asking why and if everything was fine. Any questions were answered.
